Summary: ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 8 PM MDT MONDAY DUE TO GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FALL RIVER COUNTY AREA, PINE RIDGE AREA, BADLANDS AREA, BENNETT COUNTY AREA, AND WESTON COUNTY PLAINS... .Warmer dry air will push into the area tomorrow. Relative humidity across portions of northeastern Wyoming and far southwestern South Dakota will drop to near 15 percent.
