In New York, Eastern Columbia, Eastern Dutchess, and Eastern Rensselaer Counties. In Vermont, Bennington and Windham Counties. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In the wake of a strong cold front, gusty westerly winds will continue through the morning hours. Gusts through the early morning hours will continue to be up to 55 mph, with gusts decreasing to 40 to 45 mph by the mid to late morning hours.

Summary: * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Housatonic River at Stevenson Dam. * WHEN...From late tonight to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flood stage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
