Summary: * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below. * WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Summary: * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 25 below zero, coldest across higher elevations of the southern Adirondacks and southern Vermont. * WHERE...All of eastern New York, southern Vermont, Berkshire County in Massachusetts, and Litchfield County in northwest Connecticut. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
