Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Esmeralda and Central Nye County. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel on Highway 266 over Lida Summit may be difficult at times. Snow will occur in two rounds.
