Near record highs in the upper 90s to around 103 combined with moderate levels of humidity will produce dangerously hot conditions away from the immediate coast.

Summary: ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ MONDAY... .Heat indices will peak in the 100-105F range. Although this is below advisory criteria of 108F, the areas highlighted are at higher risk of heat danger due to damaged infrastructure from Hurricane Michael.
