HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Talladega, Sylacauga, Calera, Childersburg, Columbiana, Wilsonville, Talladega Springs, Vincent, Harpersville, Oak Grove, Waldo, Bon Air, Winterboro, Fayetteville, Alpine, Sycamore, Logan Martin Dam, Lay Lake, Logan Martin Lake, and Shelby.

Summary: * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Bibb, Jefferson, Shelby and Tuscaloosa. * WHEN...Until 500 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 259 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
