Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Fulton OH and Williams Counties. .Recent rainfall across the Maumee Basin has resulted in rising waters. For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville... Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
