Summary: Areas of fog have formed across portions of the area after recent rainfall and some clearing of skies, with dense fog possible in some locations. Fog is expected to gradually dissipate later this morning across the area. Visibility will be restricted in any areas of fog and could be as low as a half mile or less in spots. Exercise caution traveling this morning. Please slow down and leave extra room between other vehicles.

Summary: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Morgan, Perry and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Pleasants and Wood. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 552 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated another round of heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.2 inches of rain has fallen. Duck Creek at Macksburg has reached minor flood stage at 13 feet and rising. At 13 feet, Main street near the creek floods and agricultural fields adjacent to the creek also flood. Additional rises are expected through the morning with other small streams likely flooding across the area as well. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Summary: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 900 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM EST, Doppler radar and river gauges indicated creek levels were rising due to runoff from earlier rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dexter City. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 13.2 feet as of 5:45 am. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 244 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Little Miami River near South Lebanon. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Miami River near South Lebanon. * WHEN...From early this morning to late this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood waters approach low-lying roads in Foster and South Lebanon, in addition to flooding along Front Street in Morrow, Stubbs Mills Road and stretches of Mason Morrow Millgrove Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 AM EST Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 20.0 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

Great Miami River at Miamitown. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Great Miami River at Miamitown. * WHEN...From early this morning to Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding impacts low-lying areas along the Great Miami River south of Miamitown over southwest Miami Township. Flooding also occurs along the river from New Baltimore to Cleves. Flooding worsens for businesses on the east side of the river near Taylor Creek, with stretches of East Miami River road flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 22.7 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Summary: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and western West Virginia, including the following county, Mason. * WHEN...Until 730 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, small rivers, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues this afternoon. This includes the Shade River near Chester which is currently in minor flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1135 PM EST, Doppler radar and gauges indicated another round of heavy rain moving into the warned area. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional heavy rainfall is expected into the overnight hours. The Shade River near Chester remains in minor flood stage and slowly rising. The current stage is around 18 feet, which results in flooding impacts to low sections of Scout Camp Road and Sugar Creek Bridge. Additional minor flooding is likely along the river. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
