Summary: * WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland and Ashtabula Lakeshore Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A band of lake effect snow will slowly push onshore this evening and will impact northern and central portions of the county tonight and Friday morning before slowly lifting back north. Snowfall rates could reach 1 inch per hour at times tonight.
