Red River of the North at Pembina affecting Pembina and Kittson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

Red River of the North at Pembina affecting Pembina and Kittson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Pembina. * WHEN...From late Friday night until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 39.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 34.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Saturday morning and continue rising to a crest of 40.9 feet early Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
