Summary: An early winter storm system passing to the north will bring robust westerly winds today...gusting to 30 to 40 MPH across far south-central and far southeastern central Indiana through early this evening. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and outdoor decorations. Winds will decrease through this evening.
