Minor coastal flooding of 1 to 2 feet expected. * WHERE...South, west, and north facing reefs and shorelines of Tinian and Saipan. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 11 AM ChST Sunday. For the High Surf Advisory and High Rip Current Risk, until 5 AM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
