Farmland and oilfields are flooded hours before the crest. Some residences may suffer minor flooding and some will be isolated by depths up to 4 feet in streets. Highway 177 north of Blackwell... and Hubbard Road southeast of Blackwell are closed. Blackwell Avenue is overtopped at the bridge crossing. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Storms with locally heavy rainfall will increase in coverage during the overnight hours and likely linger early on Tuesday and possibly redevelop with heating as the weak front lifts back northward.
