HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Denver, western Aurora, Lakewood, southwestern Commerce City, Englewood, Wheat Ridge, Greenwood Village, Sheridan, Cherry Hills Village, Edgewater, Mountain View and Pleasant View.

WHERE...Douglas, Jefferson, Denver, western Arapahoe, western Adams, Broomfield, Boulder, Larimer, and Weld Counties WHEN...400 PM Tuesday August 11 to 1200 AM Wednesday August 12 IMPACTS...Ozone Action Day Alert is now in effect for the Front Range Urban Corridor. On Tuesday, hot and stagnant weather will allow ozone to reach the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups level. On Wednesday, unsettled weather and scattered showers will limit ozone development, and moderate concentrations are expected. Summary: * WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows are possible, flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible over the Gold Mountain Burn Scar. * WHERE...Gold Mountain Burn Scar in Ouray County including Dexter and Cutler Creek drainages and Highway 550. * WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall is possible over the Gold Mountain Burn Scar which could lead to flash flooding and/or debris flows, particularly along highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 325 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms beginning to develop over or near the Gold Mountain Burn Scar. Be prepared to take action if stronger storms develop. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
