Cold Weather Advisory issued December 14 at 1:11PM EST until December 15 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY

Summary: * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below expected. Coldest wind chill values will likely occur in elevations at and above 1000 feet. * WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Litchfield County. In Massachusetts, Berkshire County. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Monday. This includes the Monday morning commute. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
