Summary: * WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues. * WHERE...Northern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania, near the Wattersonville area and potentially downriver to Lock number 8 along the Allegheny River. * WHEN...Until 900 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Depending on ice behavior, any release of the ice jam could result in sudden rises of water, leading to a rapid flooding situation. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 PM EST, Emergency management reported an ice jam near the warned area. Flooding is occurring at campgrounds along the Allegheny riverbank, and additional flooding is possible if the ice jam breaks. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...the Wattersonville area and potentially downriver to Lock number 8 along the Allegheny River. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
