Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - As a trough continues to approach from the northwest, the likelihood of flooding will increase. The heaviest activity is anticipated for later this afternoon into early morning hours on Tuesday.
