Summary: TEMPORARY PERIOD OF STRONG GUSTS... On the back side of showers pushing through to the south and east we are seeing some gusts upwards of 50 mph. For the next few hours we may see this continue with 40-50 mph gusts possible.

Summary: * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of one inch or less and ice accumulations of a light glaze to around one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Aitkin, Pine, North Cass, Itasca, Carlton, South and Central St. Louis, and Southern Lake Counties. In Wisconsin, Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Fond du Lac Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake, Big Sandy Lake, Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek and, Lake Vermilion areas. Other locations including Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
