When you elect to receive our newsletter, the contact information provided to us will only be used to send the newsletter to you. We will never knowingly sell, give away or provide this information to other web sites or organizations. We will not 'bombard' you with bothersome e-mails. The newsletter is only sent out on an occasional basis (every month or so).

Seeing as we have links to various web sites, we are not responsible for, nor do we actively monitor the privacy practices of those sites.

Some of the banners displayed could contain cookies that are placed by the respective vendor websites. We are not responsible for these, nor does MostFreebies.com gather any information from them.

We use a web tracking system by ExtremeTracking, but this is only for tracking general information about the number of visitors to the site, and other generic items. We never use any of this information to track or record you, or your personal data.

We will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 in the following ways relating to our newsletter:

-Never falsifying e-mail header information.
-Never having a misleading or false SUBJECT line.
-Including a clear "OPT-OUT" provision in each of the newsletters sent.

We have security measures in place to protect any personal information we might have. It is kept in an encrypted database with very limited access.
